I just got a little 5×5 book back from the lab with the So in Love templates from a recent couples session, and its even more adorable in pocket size! Had to share some photos, I just love matching my session images up to meaningful quotes. I also edited the colors a bit from the original templates to match the tones from the session. The album has FINALLY been added to the shop. Photographers can purchase their own set of quote albums in my shop.

Just a quick update, I have just a few openings in September and then I will start booking into October. If you want to rebrand yourself for next year, the time to start thinking about that is now!

And yes, I am working on my holiday card templates for photographers :) I will be releasing these in July, so keep your eyes peeled or sign up for my newsletter and receive a notification when they are available.

I love this logo I designed for AhmetZe, a wedding photographer from New Jersey. Its elegant and classic with a modern subtle modern floral design that keeps things current. I’m usually against layering an element behind the text portion of a logo because I find it hard to read, especially without color, which is one of the most important elements of logo design. But this element is nice and light, and can be easily dropped for print if it needs to be.Thanks Ahmet!

Launching a fresh logo design & splash page for Pam Hults of  a la Vie photography and while you’re visiting her site, check out her cute little favicon - yes I can create that for you too!I’m a liiitle behind on my blogging, but I’ve got some great new logos to share with you this week.

Just a heads up - I will be out of the office June 11th-16th for a much needed vacation I plan to be away from my computer as much as possible, though I will have limited access to email. Clients, expect an email from me before Wednesday with concept or revision updates!

I’m excited to introduce my newest projects - three themed albums with inspiring quotes:

So in Love for e sessions, weddings, couples

Our Little Sprout for newborns, and babies

Senior Memories for seniors and teens

As with all my products, I’m all about the photos, so these albums were designed with that in mind.

Each album set was created for the WHCC 10×10 Hinged Book. The set includes 10 album spreads, a title page, and dust cover template. Also included is an action that will batch split your completed album spreads into pages to be uploaded into ROES. Nearly everything is layered, so you can change text or colors as needed.

These will be in my shop tomorrow for $55/album. Until then, I am offering a special price of $40/album or all three for $99. Purchases can be made via Paypal to Taslim@bringtolightphotography.com and a download link will be emailed. Please note the blog special and which set(s) you’d like.

I have to say, I have been so excited about the clients I have had recently. I’ve got some awesome looks to show off in the coming weeks, and the logo for Juliet Nicole Photography is no exception.

First off, you’ve got to love when someone tells you their inspiration for their signature color is “the wall in Monica and Rachel’s apartment”. I am a huge FRIENDS fan, so I knew immediately what Juliet was looking for. This romantic, teen, and fluid look is great for someone specializing in the senior market. A nice break from my usual linear look. Thank you Juliet!

I’m excited to share with you the complete branding package for Wynter Photography. I love the contrast between the cool blue and the coral, and the floral pattern was inspired from Wynter’s website. Her complete package included logo design, letterhead, a business sized envelope, notecard, and business card design. Thank you Wynter, it was great working with you

Just a note to all - based on the response I’ve already gotten - this is going to be a hard decision! I am going to hold out until at least Friday though to give everyone time to gather their best I may not be able to respond to each person individually - so a big groun THANK YOU for your contributions here on the blog!A contact sheet is the preferred method for sending a sample of your images. Faster than digging through slideshows and blogs.I will open this up to boudoir sessions also (with your clients permission of course). I won’t need as many images from a boudoir session, probably just 12-20.

Hi everyone! I’m working on a new project and need some nice images that aren’t mine ;) If you have a great newborn session, child session or E session/ wedding in mind (I can use any/all)  * I will need a set of 20-30 images from the same session. These can be in studio or on location (or a mix).  *Email me (TaslimSidi@gmail.com) a little contact sheet or sample and your info. If your images will work - I will contact you and work out the details on getting the full res images from you.  The best part - the photographer will get my new product FREE if I use their images and I’ll give you full props on my blog and site!  I’d like to wrap this up within the week, so drop me a note if you have some killer images to show off!
