Launching a new logo for Angela K Photography
Thanks Angie :)
Its hard to believe, but the holiday season rush is right around the corner. I am designing a new holiday 08 collection of card templates this year, but I wanted to offer a special for those that are ready to get in gear. By far, my best selling templates have been my holiday collections which are fun, modern and colorful – and I’m putting them on sale! Through July 4th, purchase the 06 Holiday Collection 1 or 2, or the 07 Holiday Love Collection (regularly $45 and $50 repectively) for just $30/set.
Send PayPal payment to Taslim AT bringtolightphotography.com and indicate which set or sets you’d like. Files will be emailed within 24 hours.
A few extra goodies for Janet Whalen to match her logo, a blog header and business card. I love the contrast between in the funky colors and the sweet and simple design.
First off, I want to say THANK YOU to my clients. The response to my custom design services has been overwhelming, and I am so happy to be venturing down this path.
In an effort to better schedule projects and give the utmost attention to each of my clients, I am trying out a new scheduling system for my design queue. Effective immediately, I will schedule just 4 clients per month, and once those 4 slots are gone, I will move onto the next month. Doing this, I’ll be able to schedule exact start and end dates for projects, which is helpful for everyone :) Rest assured, this does not effect current clients that I’ve already consulted with.
That said – I am now booking for August 1st. Send me an email at the above contact link with your project and claim one of the 4 design spots for August.
If you have purchased the Deliverables set and would like a magnet template for ACI (original kit came with WHCC template) please email me and I’ll send it off to you right away :)
Janet was looking for a new logo, something simple, elegant, but also uniquely her. She had posted some mandalas on her blog that she created out of floral macro work. The mark in this logo represents this part of her business she is hoping to build upon. How cool is that?
I think I can call this a departure from my “normal” style. When Karen came to me for a logo, she was looking for bright colors and was influenced by the Ecojot line (which is SO yummy btw). As the design evolved, Karen received a greeting card with pinks and browns and we changed direction, and the end result is a perfect blend of funky and cute.
One thing I would love to point out….although Karen’s “look” is colorful, her logo remains quite simple, and this is something I really try to communicate to all my clients. The KISS principle is an important one when it comes to identity, and the whimsy/trendy/fun elements can come in different ways, so your business can keep its look up-to-date.
In addition to a versatile logo, Karen is coming away with two business card designs (weddings & portraits) as well as a few graphic elements.
Hi everyone! Just a quick note to let you know I’ll be out of the office for a much deserved vacation May 11th thru 14th. Wish me some luck, I’m headed to Vegas!
All template purchases and client inquiries will be handled on Thursday.
Happy Mother’s Day to all you Moms out there :)
I was SO excited to get my mail today. For two reasons actually. First, I’ve been waiting for some document boxes I ordered from See Jane Work. I got a bunch of each style: art, letter, file & magazine holder in “grass” from the office basics line. The color is fantastically bright green and I can’t wait until I move into my new apartment and can put them to good use!
But the really great treat in today’s mail was a package from Elizabeth McCormick – with samples of all her new branding materials. Take a peak…doesn’t everything look just gorgeous! (and yes, that is one of my new green boxes).
If I’ve designed something for you and you’ve gotten it printed I would LOVE a hardcopy for my portfolio – just email me for my address.
It has come to my attention that some incoming emails are going missing. I have no idea why this is happening, but I can assure you, it is frustrating! PLEASE, if you use my contact page or email me and do not have a reply within 24 hours, please re-email me! I am normally good about getting back to people – but I can’t respond to an email I don’t see!
It’s the greatest feeling when I finish one of these sets! This is Elizabeth’s new complete branding package for Elizabeth McCormick Photography
The Kit n Caboodle package I offer comes with the works: Logo, Business Card, Letterhead, Trifold Brochure, Notecard, and Envelope. In this set, I also designed an extra 5×5 insert for Elizabeth to use along with her trifold, (perfect for information you don’t need to hand out to everyone, that changes frequently, or if you need just a bit more room).
Elizabeth’s new set uses punches of cool greens and blues alongside a crisp white. Clean & Simple at its best.
I’ve worked with Gina of Gina Geigley Photography before, and with her move to a new market on a new coast, she was ready for a new look. Gina had her heart set on using orange, and what we’ve come up with reflects the warm vibrancy of SoCal. Thanks Gina!
Introducing a logo for Anslee at A.W. Photography. I just love the soft colors in her logo, I’m so used to designing with brights, this was a welcome change :) I also designed an abbreviated logo, perfect for use in constricting spaces like web templates or pens.
Another mini marketing set – Romance, with a subtle tone on tone pattern and light texture. The base color on the pattern/texture portion of the design can be edited using the hue/saturation layer adjustments.
Also, all the mini marketing sets are now available for purchase. They include letterhead and a matching double-sided business card. Purchase with the Buy Now button to the right, and please specify which collection you want.
Files come as layered PSDs at 300DPI in CMYK and are editable for color, photo and text. (Romance and Love Dots color can only be altered with a replace color or hue/saturation slider adjustment). Just drop in your logo and send it off to the printers :)
Set is $65 USD, introductory pricing.
